During this season of gratitude and thanksgiving, we wanted to share a message of gratitude from one of our favorite authors, Rene Sundberg. In her latest book, Sacred Visions, she provides daily reminders that fill the soul and capture the heart. Her message of gratitude is so fitting that we wanted to share it with you during this holiday season. Rene writes, "Gratitude is the creative force that unlocks the door to all of life's incredible gifts. Gratitude allows you to see your glass filling rather than emptying. Gratitude brings joy and delight and allows you to experience the gifts of the continual present moment. Today, look around you and give thanks. Be aware of all you have, all you are receiving, and all you are. Let go of all the distractions, problems, and worries and be grateful. "Count your blessings" is not a trite saying, but an eternal law of abundance."

Rene's book of daily thoughts reminds us that, "No matter what is occurring in your life, no matter what situation you find yourself in, gratitude is possible. It is the key to living a life of joy, no matter what the outward circumstances. Do you want to love life? Give thanks. Do you want to experience the total abundance of your life experience? Be Grateful. Do you want to receive more blessings from God? Thank Him! Revel in the beautiful wonder of this moment. This is the time to experience gratitude for the treasures of the universe which are yours for the asking and the receiving."

"This year we had the privilege of attending your workshop at our local homeschool convention. It was the best thing I got out of the entire convention. I ordered the program and couldn't wait to get it. I had faith that it would work for us and would be the answer to my prayer. This book is both adorable and wise, and it teaches children to look at every situation in a positive way. "Fun can be found wherever you go, but there's one more thing I think you should know. Sometimes it hides, because fun LOVES to play, and waits till you see things a different way." Don't forget to look for the kitty hiding in each picture!
