Group order. We have designed our Friends and Family Group orders to be simple
and rewarding for everyone involved.
The following are the most frequently asked questions regarding our Friends and

 Q: Do
you have any suggestions for placing a group order?
A: Yes. First browse through our web site
so you are familiar with the Accountable Kids program. Refer your Friends and
Family to our website. Our web site is designed to answer questions about the
program and describe the benefits of using Accountable Kids in your home. Next,
set a date to turn in your order form. Most parents tell us that they fill
their order within 3-5 days. Finally, fill out our order form and
submit your order. A representative will contact you within 24 hours to
verify your order.
Q: What do we need to order to qualify for a
Friends and Family Group Order?
A: Your order must include at least 20
Accountable Kids Kits, the order must be shipped to one location, and we
request one form of payment.
Q: Are the hostess rewards shared between all
the people who order?
A: We recommend the hostess rewards go to
the person who coordinates the order. Typically this is the person who places
the order, pays for the order, and arranges for items to be picked up. The
hostess rewards are our way of saying thank you to the person who shares her
time and resources with family and friends.
Q: Can we personalize the kits with our
children’s names?
A: Yes. Name engraving is available for
Friends and Family Group Orders. Customizing the boards will not extend
the shipping time.
Q: When a kit is ordered for $20.00 exactly
what does that include?
A: This special price is for one Accountable
Kids kit containing everything needed for one child to begin using the
Accountable Kids program. Each kit contains; one progress board and over
80 different cards, tickets, and passes. We recommend one kit per child ages
3-14.
Q: Does the book come with the Quick-Start
DVD?
A: Yes. Each book comes with our new DVD. We
recommend one book per home.
Q: Can you order one of the start-up packages
with the group order?
A: No. We have tried to simplify the
ordering process by listing out the items separately. Our start up package
includes a book, DVD, and kit for $45.00. The items in a group order are priced
considerably less than ordering a start-up package.<
Q: Are any other products discounted in a
Friends and Family Group order?
A: Yes. The books and Family Forum boards
are also discounted. See the Order form for prices.
Q: How long does it take to receive a group
order?
A: Your order will typically be processed
and shipped within 3-4 days. You will receive a UPS tracking number if you
provide your e-mail during the ordering process.
Q: How do I send in my order form?
A: You can submit your form
electronically, print
the form and mail it to us, print the form and fax it to us, or call in group
orders.
Q: Should I include the free Family Forum
Board and the free Mini Board in my order form?
A: No. Only list out the items you are paying for
in the order.
Q: How will I know that my order has been
received?
A: Within 24 hours an Accountable Kids
representative will contact you to verify your order.
Q: When is my credit card billed?
A: Accountable Kids will bill your credit card
when your order is shipped.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: You can pay for your order by credit card,
personal check, or money order. If you use a personal check, the order will not
be shipped until funds are verified.
Q: Can I receive the Quick-Start DVD before
placing a group order.
A: Yes. You can order a free Quick-Start DVD from
our opportunities page. If you are hosting a party with your friends and family
you can also request Accountable Kids invitation cards and brochures at no
additional charge.
